A 30 year old male turned himself in today for an outstanding warrant. The warrant was for assault and assault with a weapon in regards to a domestic incident that occurred on July 2nd of this year.

Thursday Afternoon News A break and enter was reported at 10:00am this morning in the 200 block of Birch Street. Sometime between 8:00am and 10:00am someone forced open the side door and once inside stole jewelry.

July 10 evening news A 39 year old female turned herself in on warrants today.

Afternoon news: On July 9 th , 2013 shortly before 11:00 am Troy Vanderloo, age 32 of 2030 Queen St. East attended at the Sault Ste. Marie Police Services Building to deal with a Fraud Over $ 5,000.00 charge.

On July 8th, 2013 shortly after 1:00 pm City Police Officers were called to Walmart for two males that had been apprehended by security for shoplifting. Officers learned that Jared Landry, age 19 and Thomas Archibald, age 22, both of 588 Albert St.

On the 6 July 2013 police investigated two separate domestic complaints where two men were arrested. In one incident it is alleged a male grabbed his partners’ arms and pushed her to the side when he was leaving the residence.

On the 6 July 2013 police responded to a call regarding a male in the St Mary’s River. Police managed to get the man out of the water and discovered he was intoxicated.

July 5 Afternoon News 42 year old Jason Dane Boyer was arrested and charged this morning with breaching his recognizance. Mr.

Break and Enter A home in the 500 block of Charles Street was broken into early this morning. The side door of the residence was kicked in and jewellery and alcohol were taken.
