Remanded to Bail Court On the 22nd of October 2012 the accused, 42 year old David Maitland of 379 Lake St. was located at the Sault Ste. Marie Courthouse while attending a court date.

On October 20th, 2012 Police Officers were called to a residence on James St. for a domestic disturbance. Officers learned from the victim that his ex-girlfriend had attended at his residence and threw two beer bottles his front door.

Arrests City police were called to a residence in the 100 block of Cathcart Street regarding a domestic incident.It is alleged that after an argument the accused kicked the victim in the leg causing swelling and bruising.

Probation Breach On the 19th of October City Police with the assistance of Rankin Reserve Police arrested 21 year old Zachery Bisaillon on an outstanding committal warrant.

Break and Enter Two unknown males were observed kicking in the side door of a residence in the 100 block of Blake Street. Items taken in the break and enter included electronic equipment and a laundry hamper.

Theft 20 year old Cassandra Moonias of 98 Grand Blvd was charged with theft under $5000. It is alleged that while at Sears in the Station Mall, she concealed a pair of track pants in her bag and left the store without paying.
