Evening news On September 16, 2012 at 10:15 am Patrol Officers arrested and charged, David Maitland, age 42 of 279 Lake St. Sault Ste. Marie, with breach of his undertaking.

************************* 20 year old Tiana Lee Weigand of 549 Cathcart Street #3 was arrested on a warrant. It is alleged that she failed to attend for fingerprints and photographs on a previous charge. She will be appearing in court on Oct 15th.

Evening News City Police arrested a 40 year old male early Friday morning on Domestic related charges dealing with breaching previous release conditions. He appeared in Bail Court this morning.

Evening Report Tara McKinley, 32, 275 First Av was arrested and charged with failing to attend court on the strength of a warrant requested on the 10Sep12. She was released to a court date of 15Oct12 .

Evening News 22 year old Candace Miron of 2643 Mission Road Goulais River was arrested for failing to attend court. She was sent to bail court this morning. * * * Damage was reported to a picnic table at Tarentorus Public School.

Arrest: On September 11, 2012 at approximately 12:40am officers arrest a female accused on Albert Street East at Blutcher Street. The accused was breaching her release documents from a previous arrest.

Elderly woman located On the 10 Sept 2012 at approximately 12:55 p.m. officers attended the area of Jiffy Car Wash on Tancred St. for a missing adult female. The 80 year old female is a vulnerable person with Alzheimer's Disease.

A 28 year old male was arrested after Police conducted an investigation into a domestic violence incident. Three charges of breach of probation and one of criminal harassment will send the accused to WASH court this morning.

Bail Court Appearance Arrests/Charged Persons with Court Appearance Dates: On September 8th, 2012 at approximately 1:20 am, officers from the Street Team checked a male in a downtown bar.

Sexual Interference and Breach In early August 2012, a 24 year old male began a relationship with a 15 year old female. Over the next month the relationship developed in a sexual manner. In early September the female complained to police about this.
