Probation Breach A 22 year old male was arrested for Breach of Probation. The accused was on probation not to communicate with a female as a result of a previous domestic. Which he violated that condition and is now being held for Bail Court.

Outstanding warrant On the 3 September 2012 Melinda Robinson (age 19) turned herself into police for an outstanding warrant for failing to appear. She will be in bail court at 10:00 AM on the 4 September 2012.

With school now starting, the Sault Ste Marie Police Service would like to remind motorists to use extra caution on the roadways as children will be making their way to school on foot, by bicycle and by school bus.

Ricky Roy, 42, was arrested and charged with several firearms offences after police were called to an incident in the city's west end yesterday afternoon.

On the 31 Aug 12 at approximately 1500 hours City Police received a report of two 13-year-olds missing from the beach area of Hiawatha Park. They had been missing for about two hours when police received the report.

On August 31st Crystal Simpson, age 29 of Sault Ste. Marie turned herself in at the Police Station. Simpson had failed to attend the ARTC to serving her intermittent sentence.

On August 30th 2012 approximately 4:15 am Police Officers attended a residence in the zero to one hundred block of McDonald Avenue in the City of Sault Ste. Marie in regards to a suspicious person.

Vehicle Pedestrian Collision On the 25 th of August officers with the Traffic Services Division of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service were called the area of Second Line West and Peoples Road for a motor vehicle collision that involved a pedestrian.

City Police arrested 27 year old Jarrett Jocko of 814 Wellington St. E. on an outstanding warrant for failing to appear for fingerprints. Mr. Jocko is scheduled to appear in court on October the 1st.
