City Police Beat

Two males to appear in bail court: 1) At approx. 3:45 am this morning city police arrested a 27-year-old male on St. George’s Ave.

Three persons to appear in bail court: Early this morning city police were called to a west end residence regarding a mischief complainant.

One young person to appear in bail court: At approx. 1:30 am this morning city police arrested a 13-year-old male and charged him with one count of assault.

The Sault Ste Marie Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance in the following matter: On Saturday December 20th at approx 8:00 pm Lisa Alford had missed her bus home from the Zellers Plaza, 248 Northern Ave.

Male Arrested for Possession of Child Pornography: 58 year-old Louis Stocker of 80 Connor Road was arrested at 1:50 pm on Industrial Park Crescent and charged with one count of possession of child pornography.

Domestic Related Arrest: A 50 year-old female was arrested on an outstanding warrant on the 16th of December at the court house and charged with three counts of breach of a release document.

Domestic Related Arrests: 1) A 50 year-old male was arrested on the 15th of December at 4:56 pm at his residence and charged with three counts of assault and one count of breach of probation.

Domestic Related Arrests: 1) A 29 year-old male was arrested on the 14th of December at 1:45 pm at his residence and charged with two counts of assault.

Two Bail Court Appearances: 1) 25 year-old Daniel Lemelin of 62 Hebert Street in Quebec was arrested on the 13th of December at 1:52 pm Zellers in the Station Mall and charged with one count of theft under $5,000.00.

Domestic Related Arrest A 43 year-old male was arrested on the 10th of December at 10:15 pm at the city police station and charged with three counts of assault and two counts of threaten death or bodily harm.
