Theft Under $5,000 45 year-old Pauline Martin of 27A Albion Street and 24 year-old Kayla Williams of 33 Crystal Place were arrested on the 26th of March around 8:30 pm and charged with one count each of theft under $5,000.

The following persons will appear in bail court this morning: 1) 23-year old Robert Day of 112 Railroad Avenue was arrested on the 25th of March and charged with one count of possession of property obtained by crime, one count of theft over $ 5,000,

The following persons will appear in bail court this morning: 1) Yesterday morning around 5 am a 15 year old male was arrested and charged with one count of robbery and one count of possession of house breaking tools.

Overnight the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service investigated two armed robberies: 1) At approximately 7:20 pm last evening a male attended at the North Street Mini Mart and brandished a gun.

Assault, Threatening & Drug Charges On the 21st of March just before 1am two males attended at an address on Peoples Road and allegedly assaulted a male known to them by hitting him with a stick as well as punching him.

Mac's Robbed Just shortly before 1 am this morning the Mac’s Mart in the 1200 block of Wellington Street East was robbed. Two males entered the store and one of them brandished a knife at the clerk.

The following persons will appear in bail court this morning: 1) A 21-year old male was arrested on the 18th of March and charged with one count of assault with a weapon.

Fraud Alert The Sault Ste Marie Police Service received, this afternoon about an unknown male caller attempted to solicit funds. The caller stated he was looking for people to sponsor a family at the James Street Soup Kitchen.

Breach, Mischief & Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Yesterday morning, at approx. 8:00 am the Sault Ste Marie Police Service was called to a residence on Bush St. regarding an unwanted person.

Miscief Complaint Leads to Charges Yesterday morning at approx. 5:50 Am Sault Ste Marie City Police were called to a west end location regarding a mischief complaint. Upon arrival officers located the suspect and arrested him.
