Shooting in The West End On 16 October 2006 at approximately 7:50 pm officers of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service attended at a west end residence after receiving a 911 call regarding a disturbance.

Breach, Threatening and Impaired Driving A 38-year old male will appear in bail court this morning after City Police attended a west end address shortly before 4 am this morning.

Explosion on Queen St. Yesterday afternoon just before 2 pm staff from the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service, Fire Services and Ambulance Services attended at Fochs Cleaners on Queen Street East after reports were received of an explosion.

Two People to Appear in Bail Court Today 1) A 21-year old male was arrested on the 8th of October in the early morning hours after officers attended at a downtown residence for a domestic dispute.

Breach, with Warrents for Assault A 47-year old woman will appear in bail court this morning. Last evening officer from Patrol Services observed the female with a male person in the downtown area.

Impaired Driving At approx. 9:05 PM last night City Police stopped a vehicle on Wellington St.E. that was observed driving erratically. Upon speaking to the driver the officers noticed that the driver was Impaired.
