Charged with Two Counts of Breach 21-year old Mark Pine of Garden River will appear in bail court this morning. Just after 10 pm last evening City Police attended on Chambers Avenue for a disturbance call.

UPADTE On the 26th of October at approximately 3 a.m., two males attended at an address on Base Line. It is alleged that the males pounded on the door and verbally identified themselves as the police.

People To Appear in Bail Court Today 1) A 43-year old male was arrested on the 20th of October and charged with one count of assault, three counts of breach of a release order and one count of threatening to cause death or bodily harm.

Impaired Driver 28-year old Matthew Baker of Fredericton, New Brunswick was arrested just after 9 pm last night and charged with one count of impaired driving and one count of consume over the legal limit.
