Break and Enter Thanks to an alert citizen, 3 young persons were arrested yesterday afternoon for breaking into a home in the 100 block of Spruce Street. A neighbour observed the youths enter the home and called police immediately.

Assault Charges Laid Against Male A 23-year old male will appear in bail court this morning after City Police attended at a central area residence for a domestic dispute around 1:30 am this morning.

Marty Wilson of 132 Central Park Avenue has found himself in trouble with the law for not giving generously to a local charity. The 44-year-old Saultite was picked up by police shortly after midnight this morning.

Male Charged with Criminal Harrassment 47-year old Greg Phelan of 6-385 Cathcart Street will appear in court this morning after being arrested for an incident that occurred on January 13th.

Elder assaulted this morning City police have taken a 29-year-old man into custody after an elderly citizen was assaulted this morning in the 100 block of Old Garden River Road. Police were called to a house there just before 5:30 a.m.

Investigation In To Fire Complete Officers from the Investigation Services Section have completed their investigation into the fire at the Norwest Inn that occurred yesterday morning.

Male Charged with Mischief Shortly before 5 am City Police responded to the Norwest Inn at 40 Hynes Street at the request of the Fire Department. A fire appears to have been started and put out by a 24-year old male.
