LAS VEGAS — The Edmonton Oilers have done something no other NHL team has this season: beat the Vegas Golden Knights twice. Darnell Nurse scored 55 seconds into overtime to lift the Oilers past Vegas 3-2 on Saturday night.

DETROIT — The Detroit Red Wings have recalled forward Dominic Turgeon from the Grand Rapids Griffins of the AHL. The 21-year-old Turgeon has nine goals and 14 assists in 40 games for the Griffins this season.

ST. PAUL, Minn. — The Central Division has been the NHL's tightest this season, with not much separation from top to bottom. Minnesota's win over division-leading Winnipeg on Saturday night only jammed it up some more.

PITTSBURGH — Evgeni Malkin had two goals and two assists, and the Pittsburgh Penguins beat the Detroit Red Wings 4-1 on Saturday for their third consecutive victory.

NEWARK, N.J. — Sean Couturier had two goals and an assist and the Philadelphia Flyers posted their fourth straight win and extended New Jersey's slide to a season-high six games with a 5-3 victory over the Devils on Saturday night.

PITTSBURGH — Evgeni Malkin and the Pittsburgh Penguins returned from their bye week and picked up right where they left off.

GLENDALE, Ariz. — The Edmonton Oilers staggered into the desert with three straight losses and only one victory in eight games — and spotted the lowly Arizona Coyotes an early two-goal lead. They still found a way to win.
