DAMAGE TO LAIRD FAIRGROUNDS (Laird Twp., ON) – OPP are investigating damage on the Laird Fairgrounds. Sometime between Monday evening and Wednesday morning, the gate was removed and the property entered.

DRIVER ARRESTED FOR IMPAIRED DRIVING (MacDonald, Meredith, et. al., ON) - Friday April 27, 2012 at approximately 1:55 pm a truck travelling on Hurley St. in Echo Bay was pulled over by OPP in a routine traffic stop.

THEFT OF BOAT MOTOR (Elliot Lake, Ontario) – On April 22, 2012 police received a complaint of a stolen boat motor. The victim reported to police that he has a parked trailer on crown land close to Summers Lake.
