Barricade Ends- Man Taken To Hospital (Iron Bridge, Ontario) - On Nov. 2, 2004 at approximately 2:30 p.m., the East Algoma OPP responded to a call that an armed man had barricaded himself in a residence on Highway 546, north of Iron Bridge, Ontario.

Car/Deer Collisions Sault Ste Marie, Ont. - Perhaps it was too many hunters in the surrounding bush, the weather, or just because it is the mating season, but it was not a good night for the deer population in the surrounding area. Between 5 p.m.

FATAL ACCIDENT Ontario Provincial Police officers are investigating a fatal, single motor vehicle collision which occurred on Becker Road, Hornepayne. At approximately 1:30 p.m.

ARMED ROBBERY The Sault O.P.P. Criminal Investigation unit is currently investigating an armed robbery at Sewell’s Gas Bar on Rankin First Nation Territory.

The inclement weather kept incidents to a minimum for the Sault detachment of the O.P.P. Sr. Constable Bill Mackan says the detachment received a few noise complaints but no charges were laid.
