The Sault O.P.P. had a relatively quiet weekend. One accident with no injuries was investigated near Montreal River. Police also investigated two vehicles in the ditch on Sunday. Both vehicles lost control due to slippery conditions.

Sault O.P.P. report a quiet night last night. An accident involving a transport truck occurred in the Batchewana area at 9:30 this morning. One lane of traffic was closed for a short period of time but is now open.

The Sault O.P.P. had a very quiet night last night and has nothing to report. Police are asking people to stay off Wolseley Lake near Gore Bay on Manitoulin Island.

ECHO BAY BREAK AND ENTER Echo Bay, Ont., Sault Ste Marie OPP is investigating a break and enter to a home on Lake George Road in Echo Bay. The owner of the home arrived at her house yesterday afternoon to discover that a window had been damaged.
