30 Year old Chicho Rubiano of Wellington St. E. was arrested on May 17, 2015 at 7:25 P.M. by Patrol Officers. Police were called to Grace St. regarding a disturbance on the street.

40 year old Charles Carricato of Arbor Drive was arrested by City Police this afternoon for Break and Enter. It is alleged the accused broke into an attached garage of a residence in the 100 block of Greenfield Dr.

On May 16, 2015 City Police attended in the west end of town and located a male age 30 regarding with regards to an outstanding warrant. The male was arrested at 8:15 a.m. for breach of probation x2.

Friday, May 15, 2015

A residence in the Kilarney Rd. area was broken into earlier today. Entry was gained through a back window and money was stolen. A bicycle was reported stolen from a residence in the 1000 block of Queen St. E.

On May 14, 2015 at 2:30 P.M. City Police Officers arrested an 18 year old male who was wanted on an arrest warrant. It’s alleged that on May 08, 2015 the accused damaged property of his girlfriend.

On May 12 city police were called to a disturbance at a downtown Macs Mart at approximately 8:30 p.m. Investigation revealed that two females stole chips, gum and pepperettes.

On the morning of May 12, 2015 a 35-year-old male turned himself in to the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service and was arrested on an outstanding warrant for a domestic related incident.

On the morning of May 11, 2015 patrol officers responded to reports of an intoxicated female in the downtown area of the city. Investigation by responding officers resulted in the arrest of 27-year-old Kendal MCCRACKEN of North Ridge Dr.

On May 9, 2015 63 year old Joseph Cognigni of Sixth Avenue was arrested for Shoplifting. It is alleged that the accused attend a local automotive store. Once inside the store the accused selected a can of spray paint valued at $14.

A vehicle which was reported stolen to the City Police overnight was recovered in the Wawa area early this morning by OPP. The vehicle was stolen from a west end residence.
