On December 8, 2014 at 6:15, patrol officers arrested and charged a 17-year-old young person with Failing to Attend Court on a Mischief charge. The youth will now appear in court on January 13.

A business in the 200 block of Second Line West was spray painted overnight. A break and enter which took place to an apartment in the 400 block of Wellington St. E. between the 5th and 6th of December was reported to City Police today.

On December 7, 2014 at 10, a.m. Patrol Officers arrested and charged Tracey Badu, age 22 of Albert St., with theft under $5,000, breach of probation and failing to attend court. She was wanted for these offences on an arrest warrant.

On December 6, 2014 at 8 a.m. Patrol Officers arrested a 17-year-old young person following a disturbance at a west end home. Officers learned that the youth had broken her boyfriend’s gaming system and other items in the residence.

Sometime overnight between December 3 and December 4, William King and Sons Salvage storage garage on Case Road was broken into. Twelve exhaust y-pipes with dual catalytic converters attached were stolen.

On the 4th of December 2014 Officers from Patrol Services arrested Linda Sara-Lee Micks, 30-years old of Whittaker Street Sudbury Ontario with regards to an outstanding Arrest Warrant.

On December 2, 2014 while in custody at the Algoma Treatment and Remand Center the accused Dale Roger Boyer, age 40, allegedly assaulted a Correction Officer.

On Monday, December 1, 2014 officers attended at the Station Mall, 293 Bay Street regarding a shoplifter who had been arrested by security and held for police.

2 thefts were reported to City Police today from residences on Glen Ave. The first theft was from a vehicle where a monitor for a back up camera was stolen. The second theft was a bicycle. ************************* On November 30, 2014 at 6:25 p.m.

On the 30th of November at approximately 2:30 am City Police RIDE officers checked a vehicle in the area of Lyons Ave. Upon further investigation, the officers determined that the male driver showed signs of impairment.
