RESISTED ARREST Yesterday afternoon at around 4:45 an alert patrol officer spotted 21-year-old Blake Hudson of no fixed address on Bay Street in the area of the Greyhound Bus Station. The officer was aware that Mr.

ASSAULTED GIRLFRIEND A 36-year old male will appear in bail court this morning after being arrested on Saturday. It is alleged that he assaulted his common-law girlfriend by punching and kicking her in the face.

A fatal accident last night claimed the life of 36-year-old Frank Caruso. At 6:54 p.m., Caruso was southbound on North Street. At the same time, a vehicle, driven by 18-year-old Andrew Spironello, was turning left from Bloor Street onto North.

City police had a very quiet night last night. There were two sleeping it off in the cells this morning and three were arrested for domestic assaults. There were no injuries. All three charged in the incidents appeared in WASH court this morning.

DOMESTIC ASSAULT Shortly before 3:00 this morning city police arrested a 25-year-old male after receiving a complaint of a domestic assault.

ARRESTED FOR ASSAULT Shortly before 5 am this morning City Police responded to a call in the City’s west end from a female. The caller advised her common law husband had just assaulted her.

ASSAULT WITH BASEBALL BAT Early this morning city police were called to The Blue Boy Restaurant on Wellington Street West after an employee was assaulted. Police arrested 24-year-old Jason Corbiere of 62 Wellington Street West.

ACCIDENT RESULTS IN IMPAIRED CHARGE 45-year-old Cora McFadden of 376 Second Line West will appear in bail court this morning after being arrested last evening as a result of a motor vehicle collision.

HIT & RUN Officers from the Traffic Services Section need your assistance in their investigation of an accident with injuries that occurred on Saturday October 2nd around noon hour.

There were seven guests of the police in the cells this morning. A 44-year-old female threw a drinking glass at a male. He went to hospital for stitches and she is going to WASH court this morning.
