Winter Driving Reminder The Sault Ste. Marie Police Service would like to remind motorists to slow down. Some intersections, especially those on side streets are slippery. Yesterday 17 reports of motor vehicle collisions were taken.

Male Threatens to Cause Death A 27-year old male will appear in bail court after being arrested yesterday on an outstanding warrant for one count of threatening to cause death or bodily harm.

Break and Enters Yesterday morning just after 4 am City Police attended in the 100 block of Grosvenor Crescent in regards to a caller reporting 3 males were trying to break into their home.

Update on Missing Person Last evening just after 8 pm City Police received information that the vehicle associated with missing persons Stacy Lucian Dilenardi was located up in the bush area approximately 15 kilometres up Connor Road.

Male Charged with Two Counts of Break and Enter A 33-year old male will appear in bail court this morning. It is alleged that just 1:30 am this morning the accused called his ex-girlfriend and asked to come over.

City Police had a very busy weekend. 10 People will be appearing in bail court this morning. 6 of the 10 people were charged with breaches of release orders or breaches of probation.

Motor vehicle collisions Yesterday’s snowstorm and road conditions kept Patrol Officers extremely busy yesterday. Between 11:15 am and 8 pm 41 reports were taken of motor vehicle collisions.
