CITY POLICE HAD QUIET NIGHT City police had only one in custody this morning and that was for a liquor infraction. There was an incident at one of the area group homes funded by Children’s Aid.

MULTIPLE CHARGES LAID City police investigated an assault complaint that occurred on Friday. As a result, yesterday morning at 11:00, they arrested 24-year-old Brian Essan of 310 Selby.
