STABBING VICTIM IN GUARDED CONDITION Randy Peter Bier, age 48, and Peter Charles Bier, age 21, both of 54 Cathcart St. are charged with attempted murder and have been remanded in custody.

BREAK AND ENTER ARREST Early this morning at 2:15, patrol officers arrested Mark Edward Reed, age 33, of Parliament Street.

STABBING ON SATURDAY NIGHT Saturday evening at 8:00 police responded to a 9-1-1 call about a stabbing at 54 Cathcart Street. Officers and paramedics found a male victim suffering from multiple stab wounds.

TRAFFIC ACCIDENT The Sault Ste. Marie Police Service is investigating a single vehicle accident that occurred last evening at the intersection of Korah Road and Moss Road.

BREAK & ENTER A break and enter was reported yesterday at Castle Real Estate at 378 Queen Street East. Entry was gained through a rear door and the office was ransacked. A small safe containing a small amount of petty cash was forced open.
