On September 29, 2015, at 8:40 a.m., City Police arrested an eighteen year old male on a first instance warrant for theft under $5000 and breach of a YCJA probation order.

On September 28, 2015 43 year old Gary Barkley of Copernicus St who was wanted on arrest warrants turned himself into police. The accused was arrested for driving while disqualified and failing to attend court.

At 10:12 A.M. City Police responded to a call of a women needing assistance. Officer attended a west end residence and located a 21 year old male in the residence of the victim.

On September 26, 2015 at 8:05 am Patrol Officers arrested and charged a 45 year old male for domestic related Assault, Mischief and Breach of Probation. The male struck his common-in-law wife in the head. He also damaged their television set.

On September 23, 2015 police arrested 29-year-old Jean-Claude Paquette of Queen Street East. It is alleged that the accused became involved in a verbal argument with the owner of an east end hotel.

A 20 year old male turned himself in to the City Police on the 23rd of September regarding an outstanding domestic mischief charge. It is alleged on September 21st he broke a taillight of a vehicle his ex- girlfriend was driving in.

On the 22nd of September the City Police Fraud unit arrested 24 year old Matthew McLean of Brien Ave. for Fraud and Uttering a Forged Document.

Sometime between 4 p.m. and midnight on Friday, September 18, a residence in the 400 block of Albert Street East was broken into. Items taken include cash, prescription drugs and jewellery.

On September 19, 2015 at approximately 9:28 p.m. city police responded to a complaint of a possible impaired driver in the area of Arden Street. On attending police found a vehicle in the ditch.
