Arrests Police stopped a vehicle on Black Rd. where the driver was allegedly talking on the cellphone while driving. When lights were activated by the police officer the driver changed seats with the passenger while the vehicle was still moving.

Arrests/Charged Persons: On February 7, 2013 an accused male age 31, was arrest for three counts of assault. It is alleged that in August of 2012 the accused did punch the victim in the face while travelling in a vehicle.

Arrests/Charged Persons : On February 6, 2013 Robyn Mary Eshkibok age 32 of 416 Old Garden River Road turned herself in at the police station regarding an outstanding warrant for failing to attend for finger prints.

Arrests: Ruby Grisdale, 28 yrs., of 100 James St. was arrested today on several outstanding warrants. Grisdale was remanded to Bail Court on Feb 6, 2013. A 29 year old male was arrested and charged today following a domestic assault investigation.

Arrests : 33 year old Peter Allen Miller of 346 Albert St. West was arrested and charged with theft under $5000, possession of stolen property and breach of probation.

Officers are investigating break ins to camps on North Gros Cap Raod. A quantity of alcohol was taken as well as a gas heater and a propane tank. * * * A 44 year old male was arrested this afternoon on a domestic related incident.

Arrests: 26-year old Tyler Seaton of 1572 Wellington Street East was sent to bail court this morning in relation to breaching his release conditions. . Just after 4 am the accused was located in the downtown area.

Arrests A 25 year old male was arrested and charged with one count of Sexual Assault. It is alleged that on the 18th of November 2012 the accused sexually assaulted a female in a vehicle while the victim was being driven home.

On January 30, 2013, the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service Street Team executed a CDSA search warrant at 58 Wellington St. W. Apt. 3. Officers located 197.5 grams of Marihuana, some of which was packaged for sale.
