Sault City Police told SooToday.com News of a very quiet Saturday night. Two males were overnight guests of police on public intoxication charges. A male was picked up for breach of probation.

The Sault City Police Service had a routine but busy Friday night. There were two people picked up on outstanding warrants. Two were charged with assault although police will not release details until Monday morning.

ATTEMPTED MURDER City police are currently investigating an attempted murder early this morning. Details are still sketchy but police say the incident was a stabbing and one person is in hospital.
