28 WEATHER-RELATED ACCIDENTS YESTERDAY The weather was playing havoc with traffic yesterday. At 3:44 in the afternoon, a 1999 Chev Blazer, operated by 49-year-old Sharon Woods of Richards Landing, was westbound on Trunk Road.

WOMAN CHARGED WITH ARSON Yesterday at 1:55 p.m., police arrested Patricia Naylor, age 47, of Wallace Terrace and charged her with arson.
