Bail Court Today 1) A 29 year old male will appear in bail court this morning charged with assault and assault with a weapon.

Bail Court Today 1) A 43 year old male will appear in bail court today charged with one count of assault and one count of threatening death. It is alleged that on the 14 March 2009 he slapped and pushed his wife then threatened to kill her.

Three persons to appear in bail court: 1) Yesterday evening city police attended at the Algoma Treatment and Remand Centre and charged Raymond Gregoire, age 25, of 217 Beverly St with one count of break and enter and one count of theft under $ 5,000.

Three accused to appear in bail court: 1) Yesterday evening at approx. 7:15 pm a male attended at the city police station and turned himself in on an outstanding warrant. The accused, a 37-year-old male was wanted for harassment and sexual assault.

Domestic Dispute On Friday March 6th at approx.11:50 pm city police attended at an east end address for a domestic dispute. While there the officers discovered that the female complainant had been assaulted by her common-law- boyfriend.
