CHARGED WITH FRAUD During July 2003 the accused, Balramnarine Sharma, age 37 of 568 Second Line West, allegedly deposited 5 counterfeit cheques totaling approximately $20,000.

BREACH OF UNDERTAKING On the 3rd of September at approximately 1:00 am the accused, Kim Danz, age 26 of 130 Old Mill Road, Heyden, breached his recognizance release conditions twice by being in a premise where alcohol was sold and breaching his curfe

DOMESTIC ASSAULT Yesterday morning the accused, a 46-year-old male, was arrested at a residence in the city’s west end for a domestic assault against an adult female.

BREAK & ENTER Yesterday at 6:45 a.m., city police received a call about a break & enter in progress at the Mapleview Inn on the Fourth Line East.

TWO WOMEN CHARGED WITH ASSAULT City police report a relatively quiet Saturday night in the Sault. Two women were arrested for assault in a west end hotel bar last night.

BOY ARRESTED FOR ASSAULT On the 15th of August, 2003 at approximately 9:00 am, the accused, a 14-year-old youth assaulted another youth known to the accused by striking the victim with a rolled up newspaper and a catalogue.

STOLEN CREDIT CARD Detectives from the Investigation Services Section of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service yesterday completed an investigation of a stolen credit card from the summer of 2003.
