BREACH OF UNDERTAKING On the 1st of October 2003 at 11:10 pm, patrol officers stopped a vehicle on Great Northern Rd. and spoke to its driver about a burnt out head light.

SEXUAL ASSAULT On Saturday, the 20th of September 2003 between 12:00 midnight and 3:00 a.m. the accused, a 40-year-old male from Sault Ste. Marie sexually assaulted the victim, a female in her mid teens, who was known to the accused.

DRUG BUST On Monday, September 29th at approximately 11:00 am police officers from the Joint Forces Drug Unit executed a Controlled Drug and Substance Act search warrant at a residence on Base Line.

CASE OF THE MISSING BICYCLE SEAT On Monday, 22nd of September 2003, a young person removed a bicycle seat and stem from a bicycle that did not belong to him. The accused then placed the seat and post on his bicycle.

City Police had a quiet 24 hours. ASSAULT CHARGES On Tuesday, the 23rd of Sept. 2003 at approximately 12:30 p.m., City Police charged a young person with two counts of assault.

YOUTH ALTERNATE SENTENCE On the 22nd of September 2003, three young persons left school at 12:00 pm and walked to a downtown restaurant. There they entered three vehicles, and took four CD's and a walking cane.
