Male Charged with Two Counts Breach of a Release Document A 35-year old male will appear in bail court this morning.

Male Charged with Fraud 24-year old Michael Muto of 123 Roosevelt Avenue will appear in bail court this morning. It is alleged that during the month of August of this year the accused stole 2 cheques from Carmen Muto Plumbing and Heating.

Female Charged with Breach of Release 43-year old Constance Green of upstairs-42 Cathcart Street was arrested just before 1 am this morning. Officers located the accused in an intoxicated condition in the parking lot of the Station Mall.

7 persons will be appearing in bail court this morning: 1) It is alleged that a 50-year old male threatened to kill his wife on August 20th while in a vehicle in the downtown area.

Theft Of Wallet From Office Yesterday afternoon City Police received a report of a theft from a wallet from an office.

Assault Charges Laid A 32-year old male was arrested yesterday morning and charged with 2 counts of assault.

Male Charged with Consuming over the Legal Limit 39-year old William Dunn of Potterville, Michigan will appear in bail court this morning.

Male Charged with Attempted Murder A 42-year old male was taken into custody yesterday afternoon around 4:30 pm. City Police attended at an east end residence in regards to a domestic dispute.

3 persons will be appearing in bail court this morning: 1) A 40-year old male was arrested around 10:30 pm Friday night after it is alleged that the accused assaulted his wife by grabbing her by her throat, holding her down and squeezing her hand.

Kids Suspected Involving Fire Last night at approx. 10:45 PM the Sault Ste Marie Fire Dept. was sent to Cardinal Leger School in regards to a fire.
